HG25 Tube Mill Machine
The working principle of the high frequency Tube Mill welding machine is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. The machine has an induction coil that generates an alternating current (AC) with a high frequency (typically between 100-400 kHz). This high frequency AC current is supplied to the welding point through the impeder, which is a magnetic circuit that concentrates the magnetic energy around the welding area.
The edges of the tube are then heated by the high frequency current and the material starts to melt. The melted edges are then pressed together using high precision rollers, which fuses them together to create a seamless and uniform weld. The high frequency welding process is completed in a matter of seconds, producing high quality and precise tubes.
