HG series Tube Mill
The basic construction of a high-frequency Straight Seam Welded Tube Mill consists of a coil, an uncoiler, a shear, a straightener, a welder, a sizing section, a flying saw, and a stacker. The process starts with a steel coil that is unwound by the uncoiler, then fed into the shear to cut it into the required length. The straightener is then used to straighten the steel strips, and the edges are then beveled to form a V-shape.
The welder then forms the edges of the strip into a tube shape, and high-frequency electrical current is applied to the seam, welding the edges together. The tube is then passed through a sizing section, where the tube's diameter and wall thickness are adjusted to the required size. The flying saw then cuts the tube into the desired length, while the stacker moves the tubes to the storage area.
